By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any Services on yuan4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Each User may hold only one Account on yuan4d. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings held therein. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
Yuan4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we require all Users to verify their identity before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit the following documents:
Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Yuan4d will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and deposits made using your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify yuan4d's customer support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account and investigate the matter. However, you remain liable for all activity on your Account until you have notified us of the unauthorized access.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Yuan4d reserves the right to retain Account records for a period of seven years following closure for regulatory and legal compliance purposes.
Yuan4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit amount may vary based on your payment method and Account status.
Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM WIB, Monday through Friday) are generally credited to your Account within 5 to 15 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. Yuan4d does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise specified by our security team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Verified Accounts typically receive withdrawals within 1 to 3 hours during business hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process as additional security checks are conducted.
You may not withdraw funds until you have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Yuan4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will conduct a thorough investigation before releasing funds.
Yuan4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of each bonus before claiming it.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x the bonus amount"). For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 30,000,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% or less.
Yuan4d has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices such as creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing opposite bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting software errors to gain unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Accounts permanently closed and all funds confiscated.
Yuan4d imposes minimum and maximum betting limits on all games and markets. These limits may vary based on game type, market popularity, and your Account status. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect that the bet is part of a fraudulent scheme or violates fair play principles.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors that result in incorrect odds, matches or events that are cancelled or postponed, clear pricing errors, or bets placed after an event has already commenced. In the event of a voided bet, the original stake will be returned to your Account.

The yuan4d name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, yuan4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of yuan4d shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
Yuan4d is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of yuan4d shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures.
You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against yuan4d. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

Each person may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
